OT SOC Manager

Wire IT is seeking an OT SOC Manager with extensive cybersecurity experience, particularly in OT/ICS environments, to lead and manage security operations in Portugal or remotely. The role involves overseeing industrial cybersecurity frameworks and leading SOC teams in critical infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Security Operations Center (SOC) team.
• Oversee cybersecurity operations in OT/ICS environments.
• Ensure compliance with industrial cybersecurity frameworks such as IEC62443, NIS2, NIST.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide leadership in cybersecurity initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience, including OT/ICS environments.
• Strong knowledge of SCADA, ICS, DCS, and industrial networks.
• Experience leading SOC or Cyber Defense teams.
• Knowledge of IEC62443, NIS2, NIST, and industrial cybersecurity frameworks.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within maritime, offshore, energy, or critical infrastructure sectors is highly preferred.
