P-J-CPT-0028 Customer Service, Sales & Virtual Support (Talent Pool)

We are building a talent pool of skilled remote professionals to support US-based clients in customer service, sales, appointment setting, lead generation, and virtual support. The role is suitable for experienced remote workers with excellent English skills and a professional background.

Location: Philippines

Responsibilities

• Communicating professionally with customers, prospects, or clients on behalf of US-based businesses
• Handling inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chat support
• Scheduling appointments, following up with leads, and maintaining CRM records
• Providing administrative and operational support including calendar management, data entry, and reporting
• Researching, preparing documents, and coordinating tasks across teams
• Using various business tools and platforms as required per client

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills — written and spoken (near-native fluency required)
• Minimum 3 years of professional work experience in any industry
• Experience in customer-facing roles (customer service, sales, BPO, hospitality, etc.) is a strong advantage
• Organized, reliable, and capable of working independently
• Comfortable with digital tools, CRMs, and online platforms
• Stable internet connection and a professional remote work setup
• Available to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
