Implement Consulting Group is a leading management consultancy in Scandinavia with a focus on collaborative consulting, supporting organizations through change processes across various sectors including Life-Sciences, Healthcare, Retail, FMCG, Industrials, and Services. They are expanding their presence in Germany and are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Management expert to lead and develop their practice.

Location: Germany

Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the company's presence in Supply Chain Management (SCM) in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Manage teams of Supply Chain Consultants, promote innovative topics such as digitalization, and enhance subject matter expertise.
  • Design tailored service offerings in Supply Chain Management for clients.
  • Drive business development activities, utilize extensive SCM network, explore new market potentials, and attract new clients in the DACH market.
  • Lead sales activities throughout the entire sales cycle, represent the service portfolio, and create customized proposals for clients.
  • Lead large client projects, address strategic challenges in Supply Chain Transformation, Operational Excellence, Digital SCM, and Sales & Operations Planning, and communicate at C-level.

Requirements

  • Completed diploma/master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Expertise in Supply Chain Transformations with a passion for translating knowledge into client solutions.
  • Successful and sustainable leadership of complex Supply Chain Transformation projects with several years of consulting experience. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical skills, process and project management skills.
  • Passion for business development, recognizing and leveraging market potentials.
  • Authentic, able to build trustful relationships, and communicate respectfully at all hierarchy levels.
  • True people leader, capable of leading, coaching, and developing an engaged and passionate team.
  • Confident and persuasive communication skills in German and English.
