Procurement Admin and Marketing Assistant

A remote full-time role supporting procurement, tendering, sales, and marketing functions, primarily in construction. The position involves administrative tasks, tender coordination, and marketing support.

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Salary: Php35,000/month, paid bi-monthly, with overtime and holiday pay, plus benefits including leave, HMO, 13th month, and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparation and coordination of construction tenders.
  • Prepare and issue scopes of work and RFQs to subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Follow up on quotations and maintain communication with subcontractors.
  • Chase and collate inward tender submissions and supporting information.
  • Maintain quotation registers, tender records, and project databases.
  • Assist with cost build-ups, pricing schedules, and tender documentation.
  • General administration and document management for estimating and project delivery.
  • Maintain and update CRM databases and client information.
  • Assist with preparation of capability statements, project submissions, and marketing material.
  • Create and schedule social media posts and business updates.
  • Support sales, client communication, and marketing activities.
  • Assist with maintaining company branding and online presence.

Requirements

  • Experience working in procurement and administrative tasks (preferred).
  • Experience in construction, estimating, administration, or marketing (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer systems.
  • Strong organisational and administration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with CRM systems and social media platforms (desirable).

Benefits

  • Monthly salary of Php35,000.
  • Bi-monthly payroll on the 15th and 30th/31st.
