Product Manager Pleno

The role is for a Product Manager in a talent pool, providing an opportunity for pre-approved candidates to be considered for future openings at Cubos, a technology and innovation hub focused on digital solutions and complex technical challenges.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

• Participate and collaborate in defining KR's and their KPI's
• Conduct UX research
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data
• Prioritize problems and features
• Elaborate and manage the product backlog
• Deeply map opportunities/problems and their impacts using facts and data
• Plan and coordinate with the technical team to execute prioritized initiatives in the Squad

Requirements

• Knowledge of the Discovery process and methodologies
• Knowledge of UX research techniques
• Experience as UX, PM, PO, or consulting background
• Analytical ability to identify problems and hypothesize solutions
• Ability to conduct meetings with clients and stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial profile to identify market opportunities
