Project Manager Sênior - Ai & Governança | RD Station (Remoto)

The company is expanding its AI team to build and evolve strategic AI initiatives that are scalable, responsible, and integrated into the company's ecosystem. The role involves connecting various stakeholders, organizing projects, and establishing routines and governance for AI use.

Location: Remote (Brazil)

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point for organizing and driving AI initiatives, connecting teams, stakeholders, and priorities in a multi-product ecosystem.
• Structure and evolve processes, rituals, and frameworks related to AI operation and governance, ensuring scalability, alignment, and efficiency.
• Support the implementation of responsible AI use guidelines, strengthening practices related to security, privacy, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Manage strategic AI projects with Product, Engineering, Security, and Privacy teams, ensuring end-to-end follow-up.
• Consolidate indicators, risks, status, and executive reports of AI initiatives, supporting decision-making and strategic prioritization.
• Operate with high autonomy in a building context, helping to evolve the maturity of AI initiatives and influencing strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Consolidated experience in project management in technology, development, security, governance, or related areas.
• Experience in complex and high-scale environments, preferably in technology or SaaS companies.
• Familiarity with LGPD and data privacy regulations.
• Practical experience with projects involving AI, generative AI, or Machine Learning.
• Experience navigating between different stakeholders and seniority levels.
