Property Lifecycle Marketing Manager - East

The Property Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Greystar is responsible for managing property-level marketing activities, process improvements, and stakeholder support to enhance property performance and client satisfaction.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000/yr

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee property-level marketing updates across websites, listings, promotions, and digital advertising platforms.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding marketing services for new acquisitions, transitions, and dispositions.
• Assist regional marketers with regular audits of property digital presence to ensure accuracy, compliance with brand standards, and alignment with portfolio goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in property marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations.
• Ability to manage time effectively to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with data entry, task tracking, and repetitive accuracy-driven work.
• Deep experience and knowledge of Property Management platforms such as Yardi, RealPage, Entrata.
• Prefer candidate with experience and knowledge of CRM, Project Management, Ticketing tools platforms such as Salesforce, Wrike, Service Central.
• Ability to maintain consistency across a portfolio using established processes and national standards.
