The role is for a strategic, execution-oriented Go-to-Market Recruiter (Sales Recruiter) supporting hiring across the Sales organization at DoorDash, including Enterprise and SMB sales teams. The recruiter acts as a business partner and talent advisor, managing full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple Go-to-Market sales segments and motions, including Enterprise and SMB organizations spanning inside sales, outside sales, and strategic sales teams.
- Identify inefficiencies, influence stakeholders, improve processes, and help scale recruiting in a high-growth environment.
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, Compensation, Sales S&O, and business leaders to shape hiring strategy and deliver talent outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in sales or high-growth environments.
- Ability to think strategically and act as a business partner and talent advisor.
- Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
- Metrics-driven with a focus on quality hiring and operational excellence.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-intensity environments.
