Remote Healthcare Specialist (USRN)

Clinical Review Nurses conduct clinical review of cases not meeting criteria, perform clinical intake, adjudicate, request additional information, or escalate to Medical Directors. Requires active nursing licenses and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical review of cases not meeting criteria.
• Perform clinical intake and adjudication.
• Request additional clinical information or escalate to Medical Directors.

Requirements

• Active PRC and USRN License.
• At least 2 years bedside experience.
• At least 2 years triage phone handling experience.
• Preferably with ER / OR / Medical Surgical / UR / UM / Triage / ICU / Hemodialysis experience.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Good knowledge in Healthcare or Medical domain.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule - night and graveyard shift.
• Willing to work on holidays / weekends.
