This is a sales development role focused on promoting and selling BeWave's solutions, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Ideal for candidates with experience in consultative sales and business development.

Location: Remote (France)

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote, and sell BeWave's value proposition to existing and potential clients.
  • Build qualified prospect lists.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare calls with prospects, including research on companies and relevant information.
  • Reach potential clients via cold calls.
  • Analyze client needs and cost-benefit to meet their requirements.
  • Resolve client issues promptly to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve individual and team sales and profit targets within deadlines.
  • Stay informed about market conditions, innovations, and competitors.
  • Coordinate and follow up with the team for technical qualification requests and demonstrations.
  • Draft submission documents and contracts.
  • Update and maintain CRM information on prospects and opportunities.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage renewal.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, administration, IT, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of consultative sales experience in custom development solutions.
  • At least 5 years of business development experience.
  • Experience in selling cloud services (asset).
  • Basic knowledge of technologies, software, and consulting services related to custom development solutions.
  • Ability to build a broad network of potential corporate clients.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Ability to find and contact new prospects and contacts.
  • Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations.
  • Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to convert prospects into clients.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of IT development processes.
  • Knowledge of CRM operation.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Bilingual in oral and written communication.
