This is a sales development role focused on promoting and selling BeWave's solutions, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Ideal for candidates with experience in consultative sales and business development.
Location: Remote (France)
Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell BeWave's value proposition to existing and potential clients.
- Build qualified prospect lists.
- Identify new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Prepare calls with prospects, including research on companies and relevant information.
- Reach potential clients via cold calls.
- Analyze client needs and cost-benefit to meet their requirements.
- Resolve client issues promptly to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve individual and team sales and profit targets within deadlines.
- Stay informed about market conditions, innovations, and competitors.
- Coordinate and follow up with the team for technical qualification requests and demonstrations.
- Draft submission documents and contracts.
- Update and maintain CRM information on prospects and opportunities.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage renewal.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, administration, IT, or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of consultative sales experience in custom development solutions.
- At least 5 years of business development experience.
- Experience in selling cloud services (asset).
- Basic knowledge of technologies, software, and consulting services related to custom development solutions.
- Ability to build a broad network of potential corporate clients.
- Negotiation skills.
- Ability to find and contact new prospects and contacts.
- Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations.
- Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to convert prospects into clients.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of IT development processes.
- Knowledge of CRM operation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Bilingual in oral and written communication.
