Revenue Manager (m/w/d)

Revenue Management role for two hospitality properties, one established and one new, focusing on pricing, forecasting, and cross-departmental collaboration.
Location: Germany
Responsibilities
- Analyze demand, occupancy, and market trends to develop dynamic pricing strategies for both properties.
- Manage revenue for Gut Steinbach, optimizing RevPAR and ADR, and continuously improve financial performance.
- Build foundational pricing logic, rate structures, distribution channels, and forecasts for Terra Saar, a new resort without historical data.
Requirements
- Experience in Revenue Management, ideally in upscale hotels. Experience with pre-opening is a plus.
- Strong data affinity and analytical thinking to interpret revenue data and trends.
- Proficiency in yield management, pricing strategies, forecasting, and reporting tools such as RMS, PMS, BI tools, and Excel.
