Sales & Customer Growth Lead

Jersey Watch is a small, remote-first software company that provides an all-in-one platform for youth sports organizations. They are looking for a Customer Growth Lead to drive customer acquisition, onboarding, and retention, with opportunities for leadership and growth.
Location: Remote (US)
Responsibilities
- Own inbound sales including trial signups, demo requests, and email inquiries.
- Develop relationships with volunteer sports administrators in the US & Canada.
- Source, create, and close new customers through outbound campaigns.
- Convert self-serve users by guiding them through registration setup, payment configuration, and go-live.
- Sell consultatively by understanding each organization's structure and mapping Jersey Watch's capabilities to their needs.
- Partner with Customer Care on handoffs, escalations, and shared accounts.
- Surface recurring objections, feature gaps, and friction points to product and marketing teams.
- Maintain clean pipeline hygiene in CRM, track activity, and meet weekly and monthly targets.
- Help shape the sales playbook, including scripts, sequences, pricing, and handoff processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years working in sales and ability to hit the ground running within the first few months.
- US Based.
- Naturally curious and a strong listener.
- Comfortable on the phone, on Google Meet, and over email.
- Organized and self-directed.
- Empathetic and patient.
- Coachable and eager to learn.
