The Sales Development Representative I plays a critical role in generating new business opportunities by qualifying leads, conducting outreach, and building relationships in the healthcare IT enterprise software market. The role involves working closely with sales, marketing, and solutions teams to meet pipeline and revenue goals.

Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads and outbound prospects, build relationships, and communicate effectively across functions and levels.
- Hunt for outbound leads to fuel the new business pipeline.
- Make outbound calls to decision-makers and the buying committee at target accounts.
- Conduct discovery to explore prospects' operations and pain points.
- Drive attendance to key company and pipeline generating events.
- Execute outbound demand generation and growth marketing campaigns via Salesloft.
- Provide campaign feedback to the marketing team.
- Share intelligence with the sales team on prospects' needs and concerns.
- Schedule appointments and demos to connect qualified buyers with sales.
- Research prospects and follow sales cadence using calls, emails, social outreach, and video engagement.
- Work with sales to drive prospects through the buyer’s journey.
- Use company intent data to identify opportunities and alert account executives.
- Maintain data integrity in Salesforce and Zoominfo.
- Participate in sales meetings, training, role play, and coaching sessions.
- Understand and communicate company vision and mission in Healthcare IT.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and relationship building.
- Document activities and results to meet KPIs.
- Learn and articulate domain experience in Office, Enterprise, or Insights.
- Articulate value propositions in Integrated, Community, or Specialty Care markets.
- Focus on sourcing leads for the sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 0 years relevant sales experience; 1 year is a plus.
- 0 years healthcare experience.
- Experience in driving growth in a B2B SaaS environment with a competitive mindset.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and its ecosystem.
- Experience with marketing and sales technologies like LinkedIn, Terminus, Salesloft, etc.
