Sales Operations Specialist

Support sales teams by optimizing processes, providing strategic insights, and leveraging data and automation to accelerate growth in a fast-paced software environment.

Location: Remote (Canada)

Salary: $65,000—$75,000 CAD

Responsibilities

• Optimize lead generation, routing, and conversion systems
• Analyze funnel performance and provide data-driven insights to sales leadership
• Analyze sales channel/campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
• Create dashboards and reporting systems to track KPIs using Salesforce, G-sheets, or Snowflake
• Support day-to-day management of sales tools, build workflows and automations, troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate with sales team to gather feedback and improve workflows
• Research and leverage new tools, trends, and AI solutions to enhance sales performance

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in an analytical, technical, or operational role within a fast-paced software company
• Hands-on experience building dashboards, pulling reports, and tracking metrics within CRMs and spreadsheets
• A proactive, analytical problem solver who can turn insights into actionable recommendations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analysis, Data Science Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
