Responsibilities
- Advise and actively sell via phone and email, primarily inbound with clear sales goals.
- Create and send customized offers via email or mail and close sales.
- Support customers in switching from old devices to modern, wireless metering systems.
- Clarify questions about device options, prices, delivery times, and benefits, guiding customers to a 'yes'.
- Conduct short outbound follow-up calls when needed, e.g., to follow up on offers or clarify open points.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for sales and a desire to close deals.
- First sales experience or talent and motivation to start strong.
- Excellent German language skills (C2).
- Quick comprehension, initiative, and closing strength.
- Confident handling of PC, email programs, and ideally CRM systems.
- Stable internet connection and a quiet home office workspace.
