Senior Communications Specialist

Support the planning, development, and execution of clear, consistent, and compliant communications for the national Gold Card program, ensuring stakeholders receive accurate and timely information.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $56,200–$101,000/yr

Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute communication materials.
• Coordinate review and approval of communication materials with internal subject matter experts, training, compliance, and marketing departments.
• Develop, review and revise materials while ensuring appropriateness of content and readability.
• Develop, revise, monitor, and coordinate content changes.
• Maintain knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements for communications materials.
• Coordinate with external vendors for translation of communications materials.
• Develop, coordinate approval, and distribution of employee communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience as writer/editor or technical writer.
• Experience in healthcare preferred.
