The BeOne Hematology Franchise is seeking a Senior Director/Executive Director to lead digital strategy and execution for their hematology brands, including BRUKINSA, BEQALZI, and a third upcoming product. The role involves developing digital plans, managing media relationships, collaborating across functions, and ensuring compliance, reporting to the Vice President of Hematology Marketing.

Salary: $224,500.00 - $294,500.00 annually
Responsibilities
- Develop a digital strategy for hematology brands throughout their lifecycles.
- Establish collaborative and compliant operational frameworks across functions.
- Own digital media plans for HCP and Consumer channels for each brand.
- Align digital plans with brand strategies in collaboration with brand leads.
- Lead the cross-functional NPP Core Group including marketing, Medical Affairs, and Digital Strategy teams.
- Develop and optimize the Omnichannel Ecosystem with Global Technology Services.
- Report performance metrics and optimize media plans with Insights & Analytics.
- Create quarterly performance presentations on reach, SOV, spend, mROI, and Rx lift.
- Coordinate with promotion teams on digital campaign flight plans.
- Manage digital budgets for each brand.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, privacy, and pharmacovigilance standards.
- Set clear goals aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences or related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years in pharmaceutical marketing or related industry experience.
- Experience creating brand media/digital strategies and execution plans.
- Experience in highly competitive markets.
- Experience managing media and agency partners, including budgets.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead confidently during challenges and ambiguity.
- Self-directed with regular communication with brand leadership.
