This role involves managing and optimizing the CRM channel for international markets, focusing on revenue, performance, and customer lifecycle strategies within an e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities
- Take co-ownership of revenue, performance, and development of the international CRM channel.
- Develop and steer CRM and lifecycle strategy using Klaviyo within Shopify.
- Support prioritization, execution, and optimization of CRM activities.
- Conceptualize, prioritize, and execute newsletter campaigns and automated lifecycle flows.
- Implement personalization and segmentation initiatives across the customer lifecycle.
- Identify optimization opportunities, run A/B tests, and derive insights.
- Analyze, monitor, and report on CRM KPIs including revenue, retention, CLV, open rate, CTR.
- Collaborate with Webshop, Performance Marketing, and Influencer Marketing teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing in a D2C/e-commerce environment.
- Deep expertise with Klaviyo, including complex setups, flows, segmentation, and testing.
- Experience working with Shopify integrations.
- Strong commercial mindset, data- and results-driven.
- High level of ownership and proactive responsibility.
- Structured, analytical working style focused on relevant KPIs.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
- Solid understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations.
- Fluent in French and Dutch.
- Native German speaker with strong English communication skills.
