Senior Manager - Ad Sales (South)

Dream11 is building the next generation of sports entertainment with a focus on real-time fan engagement and native brand partnerships. The Sales team is crucial in driving revenue, building relationships, and shaping monetisation strategies.

Responsibilities
- Drive achievement of assigned regional ad revenue targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Manage and grow relationships with key regional advertisers and agency partners to build a strong and sustainable revenue pipeline.
- Leverage existing brand and agency relationships to onboard advertisers and close mid-value advertising deals.
- Support the identification of high-potential advertiser categories and execute category-specific go-to-market initiatives for the region.
- Effectively position Dream11 as a premium digital platform for brand engagement and audience storytelling in client interactions.
- Own the end-to-end sales process for accounts – media proposals, client pitches, deal closure, pricing coordination, and campaign handover.
- Track deal progress, campaign performance, and revenue realization for assigned accounts and report regularly to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years in digital media, brand partnerships, or ad sales roles, preferably with exposure to gaming, OTT, or digital platforms.
