Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Create high-quality, engaging content for various platforms.
• Oversee and optimize performance across digital channels including search engines, social media, and email.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Continuously improve the company's website for better user experience, conversions, and SEO.
• Develop and implement targeted lead generation campaigns.
• Conduct research to identify potential clients and build contact lists.
• Develop lead nurturing programs to build relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Create and send personalized email campaigns.
• Leverage LinkedIn for outreach and lead generation.
• Implement systems and processes for managing marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate marketing data in databases and analytics tools.
• Prepare detailed marketing performance reports.
• Create and maintain dashboards for real-time insights.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and lead generation.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in Google Digital Marketing/Advertising Products, marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), CRM software, and data analysis tools.
