Senior UA Manager (Core, TikTok)

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is a leading social discovery company with a global presence, creating products that connect people worldwide and address loneliness and disconnection. They are seeking a Senior UA Manager (TikTok) to manage and optimize advertising campaigns for their dating platforms.

Location: Remote (Global)

Responsibilities

• Own TikTok UA for web funnels across core dating portfolio, focusing on USA + Tier-1 markets.
• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns with monthly spend in the $200k–$300k+ range.
• Build and maintain account/BM structures and operational hygiene (tracking setup, domains, whitelists, payment flow, infrastructure).
• Run structured creative testing loop: hypotheses, iterations, learning, scaling.
• Drive automation improvements and document best practices for channel scaling.

Requirements

• Hands-on TikTok UA experience (web/B2C), with proven success in the USA + Tier-1 markets.
• Budget ownership at $100k+/month, ideally closer to $200k+/month, with performance-focused approach (CPA/ROAS/LTV, scaling logic).
• Strong understanding of Facebook best practices (structure, scaling, bidding, measurement, troubleshooting) and ability to execute (~70–80%) and lead (~20–30%).
• Experience or exposure to automation and AI/creative iteration workflows.
