The Senior Private Wealth Advisor, Practice Lead plays a vital role in helping high-net-worth clients achieve long-term financial success by serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact, focusing on retaining and growing assets through tailored financial advice.
Location: FL Miami - Remote
Salary: $114,000.00 - $165,300.00
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead advisor within a dedicated client team, working with a Wealth Advisor and Client Experience Specialist to build relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Provide a first-in-class client experience servicing onboarding, financial planning, and investor education.
- Conduct comprehensive relationship management via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Retain and grow assets under management through communication, education, and responsiveness.
- Act as liaison between clients and internal groups within Empower Personal Wealth.
- Explain and recommend investment strategies aligned with clients’ risk tolerance and objectives.
- Provide holistic financial planning including retirement, income, tax, and education planning.
- Coordinate with advisory team and stakeholders for client requests.
- Delegate, coach, and develop colleagues and resources.
Requirements
- 10+ years related experience in financial services and client experience.
- Previous experience with direct client contact and professional demeanor.
- Advanced knowledge of wealth management, financial planning, tax, and estate planning.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Ability to establish trust and build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client needs and analyze investment portfolios.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, NetX360, and other systems.
- Success with high-net-worth clients, complex planning, and client retention.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
- FINRA Series 65 license; fingerprinting required.
- CFP certification preferred.
