The Sr. Technical Program Manager oversees complex initiatives involving cross-functional teams and Agile practices, ensuring timely and quality project delivery across multiple departments.

Location: Remote

Salary: $110,000–$150,000/yr

Responsibilities

Coordinate development efforts across multiple products and business units, including Agile Release Trains.
Influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Develop detailed Program delivery Roadmaps with input from various teams.
Align scope and timeline with Release Train Engineers, Business Owners, and Solution Architecture.
Monitor progress and initiate corrective actions to meet program goals.
Execute project planning activities including scope, milestones, risks, and issues, and escalate risks as needed.
Create and disseminate reports to stakeholders.
Develop practices for program management including meeting schedules and content.
Work with functional managers to determine and satisfy program needs.
Support process improvements within delivery processes.
Collaborate with Project Managers to develop delivery plans and manage requirement changes.
Facilitate software adoption and share user feedback.
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Analyze data to understand performance and discover opportunities.
Complete responsibilities as per performance reviews and special projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge of project management, SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe.
6-7 years project management experience with software delivery practices.
Pursuing or possess SAFe SA (SAFe Agilist) certification.
Pursuing or possess PMI, PMP certification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Healthcare experience preferred.
