Senior UA Manager Facebook

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is a leading social discovery company with a global presence, offering social entertainment platforms to connect people worldwide. They are seeking a Senior UA Manager (Facebook) to manage and optimize advertising campaigns for their core dating products, primarily targeting the USA and Tier-1 markets.

Location: Remote (Global)

Responsibilities

• Own Facebook UA for web funnels across core dating portfolio, focusing on USA + Tier-1 markets.
• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns with monthly spend in the $200k–$300k+ range.
• Build and maintain account/BM structures and operational hygiene (tracking setup, domains, whitelists, payment flow, infrastructure).
• Run structured creative testing loop: hypotheses, iterations, learning, scaling.
• Drive automation improvements (rules, scripts, integrations with 3rd-party automation tools) and document best practices.

Requirements

• Senior hands-on Facebook UA experience (web/B2C), with proven experience in the USA + Tier-1 markets.
• Budget ownership at $100k+/month, ideally closer to $200k+/month, with performance-focused mindset (CPA/ROAS/LTV, scaling logic).
• Strong grasp of Facebook best practices (structure, scaling, bidding, measurement, troubleshooting) and readiness for a role that is ~70–80% execution / ~20–30% leadership.
• Experience or solid exposure to automation and practical understanding of AI/creative iteration workflows.
