Senior Webflow Designer

LawnStarter is expanding its marketing sites to Webflow, seeking a Senior Webflow Designer to design and build flexible, on-brand, high-conversion marketing websites across four brands, working closely with growth and testing teams.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $110K - $140K

Responsibilities

• Design the foundation: page templates, page architecture, the component library and design system, interactions and animations, and UX/UI standards.
• Build and maintain the Webflow design system and component library across four brands.
• Design and build in Webflow, including visual design, interactions, and motion.
• Create test-ready designs and variants for CRO testing.
• Partner with the Technical Growth Manager for production handoff and QA.

Requirements

• A top-tier visual and brand designer with strong visual design and disciplined brand execution.
• Expertise in Webflow, including complex, multi-page sites, component architecture, and design systems.
• Disciplined in UX/UI, usability, accessibility (WCAG), and conversion best practices.
• Collaborative, growth-team fluent, and able to work with data and experiments.
• Self-directed, fast, and able to ship quickly.
• AI-native, using Claude Code and Claude in workflow.
• Technically capable beyond Webflow native, including custom CSS and JS.
