Responsibilities
- Lead complex deal strategy involving multiple stakeholders and decision makers.
- Conduct discovery to surface operational challenges and diagnose workflow inefficiencies.
- Build and maintain a strategic pipeline through outbound activity and account planning.
- Operate with precision and accountability, managing pipeline health and deal momentum.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS experience selling revenue cycle management technology or solutions within healthcare.
- Success in closing 6-7 figure contracts in multi-stakeholder environments.
- Ability to navigate complex healthcare buying processes including finance, IT, compliance, and procurement.
- Strong enterprise sales methodology experience (MEDDPICC, Challenger, GAP selling, or similar).
- Consistent quota achievement in strategic or enterprise sales roles.
- Ability to independently drive complex opportunities from discovery through close.
- Alignment with Collectly's GTM Values: ownership, data-driven, AI-powered, confronting challenges head-on.
