Revyse is a fast-moving, early-stage tech company that helps multifamily operators discover vendor partners, manage contracts, and reduce financial risk using an AI-powered platform. They are seeking a Support Specialist to ensure customer success and maintain quality across their product offerings.

Responsibilities
- Ticket triage and queue management to handle inbound support tickets, categorize issues, prioritize, and route tickets efficiently.
- Issue escalation and cross-functional communication with Implementation and Product teams, identifying trends, escalating bugs, and documenting issues.
- Supporting onboarding of new customers by reviewing data accuracy, bulk uploading files, manipulating spreadsheets, and auditing data sets.
- Assisting with product configuration tasks such as building document templates, setting contract signature blocks, and configuring requirements.
- Creating and maintaining user-friendly documentation and process guides using tools like Notion and knowledge base systems.
- Tackling diverse tasks as a startup generalist, working independently in a remote environment, and building strong team relationships.
Requirements
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in software support or customer service in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- High accuracy and attention to detail, with a 'measure twice, cut once' mentality.
- Experience or knowledge in the multifamily domain, especially the relationship between operators and suppliers, ideally 2+ years.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in technical documentation and creating client-facing materials.
- Experience with helpdesk systems and project management tools like Notion, Zendesk, etc.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with high accuracy.
- Entrepreneurial, generalist mindset, willing to take ownership of initiatives in a startup environment.
