Salary: $600 – $800/month USD
Responsibilities
- Build and manage Passenger Name Records (PNRs) in Sabre, including passenger details, flight segments, and special requests.
- Price itineraries using Sabre fare pricing tools and stored price quotes.
- Issue electronic tickets across different Sabre PCCs, including award redemptions and loyalty program bookings.
- Process ticket exchanges, reissues, voids, and refunds according to fare rules.
- Manage queue work in Sabre, ensuring timely acknowledgment of tasks.
- Monitor active holds and alert the team lead of upcoming expirations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Sabre GDS, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in ticketing.
- Strong understanding of fare rules and ability to apply them correctly.
- Attention to detail in passenger data accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately during busy periods.
- Proactive communication skills.
