Ticketing Team Member - Latin America

Salary: $600 – $800/month USD

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Passenger Name Records (PNRs) in Sabre, including passenger details, flight segments, and special requests.
• Price itineraries using Sabre fare pricing tools and stored price quotes.
• Issue electronic tickets across different Sabre PCCs, including award redemptions and loyalty program bookings.
• Process ticket exchanges, reissues, voids, and refunds according to fare rules.
• Manage queue work in Sabre, ensuring timely acknowledgment of tasks.
• Monitor active holds and alert the team lead of upcoming expirations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Sabre GDS, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in ticketing.
• Strong understanding of fare rules and ability to apply them correctly.
• Attention to detail in passenger data accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately during busy periods.
• Proactive communication skills.
