Ticketing Team Member - Latin America

Salary: $600 – $800/month USD

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Passenger Name Records (PNRs) in Sabre, including passenger details, flight segments, and special requests.
• Price itineraries in Sabre using fare pricing tools and stored price quotes.
• Issue electronic tickets (e-tickets) across different Pseudo City Codes (PCCs).
• Process ticket exchanges and reissues, applying correct fare differences and change fees.
• Handle ticket voids and refunds according to airline rules.
• Work the queue in Sabre to manage booking tasks and airline messages.
• Monitor active holds and alert Team Lead of expiring reservations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Sabre GDS, with the ability to work independently in Sabre's command-line environment.
• 3+ years of hands-on Sabre ticketing experience in a travel agency, airline, tour operator, or travel management company.
• Solid understanding of fare rules and applying them correctly.
• Strong attention to passenger data accuracy.
• Ability to work at a consistent pace while maintaining accuracy.
• Proactive communication skills.
