Insense, a platform partnering with Meta and TikTok, connects brands with creators and offers opportunities for freelance video editors to work on UGC-style performance ads for social media platforms like TikTok and Meta. The role is project-based with potential for long-term collaboration.
Location: Americas Time Zone
Responsibilities
- Edit UGC-style ad videos for TikTok, Instagram (Reels mainly), and Facebook.
- Collaborate with a Creative Strategist and Account Managers to ensure edits align with performance goals.
- Thoroughly review completed work for technical and quality errors and ensure that all outputs are aligned with specified brand and legal guidelines.
- Follow internal post-production naming and organizational guidelines.
Requirements
- Proficient in using video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory), After Effects, or CapCut (Bonus points).
- Familiarity with Motion Graphic Templates and Premiere’s Essential Graphics Panel is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Meta Ads trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Skilled in turning raw footage into engaging, authentic, and performance-driven UGC-style videos.
- Up-to-date with current social media editing styles, viral trends, and platform-specific aesthetics.
- Experience optimizing creatives for engagement and ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, etc.).
- Familiarity with web-based collaboration tools, such as Frame.io, Zoom, Monday & Slack.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
