Virtual Medical Assistant - Remote

MedSpecialized, Inc is hiring a Remote Virtual Medical Assistant to support US healthcare clinics by handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling, and clinical communication. The role offers training on additional healthcare skills and is suitable for English-fluent healthcare professionals residing outside Cebu, Philippines.

Location: Remote (Philippines, outside Cebu Province)

Salary: PHP 20,000–30,000/month, plus bonuses

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls for scheduling, rescheduling, and clinic information.
• Make outbound calls for patient appointment reminders and wellness checks.
• Supply EMR notes on all calls, involving onsite personnel and providers.
• Use Google Chat for communication with online personnel and team members.

Requirements

• At least college level.
• At least 6 months of BPO Healthcare account experience.
• Excellent English proficiency and strong communication skills.
• Typing speed of 25 wpm or faster.
• Internet speed of at least 100 Mbps.
• Computer literacy (GMail, Google Sheets).
• Stable internet connection and conducive work environment at home.
• Physically fit to work in a BPO setting.
• Willing to work during holidays and weekends.
• Residing outside Cebu, Philippines.
