Account Executive

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $80,000–$112,000/yr plus commission and benefits

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with law firms.
• Develop a healthy pipeline and lead consultative sales conversations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Create account plans to maximize opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
• Structure and manage negotiations to close deals and build long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with Product, Client Success, and Engineering teams to advocate for client needs.
• Represent Pattern Data at industry events and conferences.
• Travel up to 30% for client meetings, on-site visits, and industry events.
• Manage time effectively and exceed goals in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 3-6 years of quota-carrying software or technology sales and account management experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and closing large deals ($50,000-$200,000).
• Experience in outbound sales and full-cycle consultative sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to navigate complex client environments with multiple stakeholders.
• CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred).
• Strategic and analytical mindset.
• Experience selling into the legal industry or adjacent verticals is a plus.
