Account Executive Manager

Dandy is hiring a sales manager to lead their commercial sales team, drive revenue growth, and shape the go-to-market strategy in a rapidly growing, venture-backed environment.

Location: Canada

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a group of 8-10 high performing Account Executives to consistently exceed their goals, collaborate with senior leadership, and develop the team on a continuous basis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of quota carrying experience
• 3+ years sales management experience, managing at least 5+ sales reps
• Proven record of success in a high velocity/high volume sales environment
• Comfort in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Experience in motivating a team to fill their calendar with outbound prospecting when needed
• Must be intellectually curious - dentistry is complex, you must be committed to taking the time to continuously educate yourself on our customer’s industry
