The role involves managing enterprise-level support and service activities for a company's products and services, focusing on client relationships, support, and growth within the fintech industry.

Location: Remote (US)

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and referral partner relationships for assigned accounts, ensuring support and service activities are provided.
  • Act as the single point of contact for clients to coordinate resolution of service incidents and escalate technical issues.
  • Support clients by identifying product support and development needs, and communicate these internally.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and referral partners, understanding their business and product installations.
  • Ensure quality service and operational performance within project parameters.
  • Prepare for and participate in client reviews, including reporting and strategic discussions.
  • Forecast revenue and lines, validate billing, and ensure timely invoicing.
  • Achieve revenue targets for new and existing accounts, and manage profitability of deals.
  • Develop account and contact plans, understand client organization and strategy, and identify sales opportunities.
  • Manage contract renewals and addenda, ensuring retention and financial targets.
  • Coordinate with sales support resources and internal stakeholders to create and deliver propositions.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, regulations, and competitors to identify sales opportunities.
  • Improve communication, processes, and workflows with clients and within FIS, and deliver revenue and sales reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in Finance, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Typically minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and/or financial industry.
