Account Management role in the Life Sciences division at Ecolab, focusing on customer support, sales, and solution development in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.

Responsibilities
- Active customer support and consulting in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries
- Acquisition of new customers and ongoing support of existing customers
- Conducting sales negotiations through to contract closure
- Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships at all levels
- Development and implementation of customer-specific solutions
- Conducting presentations and customer training
- Identifying and optimizing cleaning and disinfection procedures
- Market and competitor monitoring
- Managing customer-related data and documentation
- Utilizing and developing databases in the sales process
- Close and proactive coordination with Corporate Manager, Distribution Manager, and Business Development Manager
Requirements
- Natural sciences education or degree with interest in pharmaceutical processes
- Experience in manufacturing and sales of technical products
- Technological understanding of manufacturing processes
- Strong communication skills in German and English, written and spoken
- Sales and consulting-oriented mindset
- Self-reliant, structured, and team-oriented working style
- Willingness to travel within the region
