Responsibilities
- Hunt, pitch, and close new clients in US and European markets.
- Develop industry partnerships, customer networks, and explore new market opportunities.
- Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
Requirements
- Based in Europe.
- Advanced English (C1+).
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management in IT outsourcing/staff augmentation.
- Proven track record of outbound sales, pipeline building, and full-cycle deal management.
- Experience working with US and European markets.
- Ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Proactive, hands-on approach to sales.
- Experience developing industry partnerships and exploring new markets.
- Open to business travel across Europe and beyond.
