Executive Search Consultant, Consumer - Process Improvement

This fully remote role within Haldren supports high-tempo search delivery by coordinating stakeholders, protecting candidate experience, and keeping workflows predictable across multiple concurrent assignments within South Africa.

Location: Remote (South Africa)

Salary: ZAR 580,000 - 800,000

Responsibilities

• Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation signals, and competitor mapping
• Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed
• Maintain rigorous documentation and candidate communication to protect experience and compliance
• Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach
• Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping
• Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps

Requirements

• Experience delivering senior or leadership hires, including complex stakeholder management
• Comfort conducting structured competency interviews and supporting reference processes
• Ability to provide credible market insights on talent availability and compensation signals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment
• High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations
• Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management
