Seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Analyst skilled in data analysis, KPI tracking, and marketing tools to optimize marketing performance across multiple channels.
Location: Remote (US)
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data from marketing campaigns across multiple channels (paid media, organic, social, email, etc.)
- Track key marketing KPIs, including full-funnel performance, budget, spend, ROAS, CAC, lead volume, qualification rates, CPL, demo performance, pipeline health, revenue impact
- Create custom dashboards using Looker Studio, HubSpot, and Google Sheets
- Manage HubSpot workflows, sequences, and automation
- Create and optimize HubSpot forms for data capture and conversion tracking
- Implement UTM parameters and HubSpot shortcodes
- Ensure data integrity and monitor CRM performance
- Research and scout PandaDoc features
- Conduct QA testing for marketing automation and integrations
- Identify and troubleshoot bugs, workflow issues, and system errors
Requirements
- Experience in marketing analytics & KPI tracking (CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversions, revenue)
- Proficient in HubSpot CRM (workflows, automation, forms, UTMs)
- Skilled in Looker Studio & Google Sheets for reporting and dashboards
- Strong knowledge of multi-channel campaign analysis (paid, organic, social, email)
- Experience in QA testing, troubleshooting, and familiarity with PandaDoc is a plus
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST)
- High school diploma or equivalent
