Marketing Coordinator

Regime Fight League (RFL) is a rapidly growing amateur MMA promotion in Southern California, providing a platform for local fighters and hosting sold-out events. The company is scaling up and looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support its marketing operations.

Location: Thousand Oaks / Westlake Village, CA, Remote

Responsibilities

• Schedule, publish, and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Keep content calendar organized and on track for events, fight announcements, and promotions
• Coordinate the workflow of social media and graphic design interns
• Maintain and update the RFL website with event info, fighter pages, and ticket links
• Manage email marketing campaigns and audience lists
• Pull and report basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, ticket-driving content)
• Help coordinate marketing logistics on fight night and at promotional events
• Keep brand assets, files, and approvals organized and accessible

Requirements

• 1–2 years in a marketing, social media, or content coordination role
• Strong organizational skills
• Comfortable with social platforms, scheduling tools, and basic analytics
• Solid writing and communication skills with an eye for brand voice
