Merchandising Representative

The Merchandising Representative role at Celsius Holdings, Inc. involves promoting and managing Celsius products across various retail channels, including grocery, specialty, health clubs, and convenience stores. The position requires a proactive individual with sales skills to enhance product visibility and distribution.

Location: Smyrna, TN

Salary: $25/hour + Overtime (as needed)

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out merchandising initiatives
• Call on target accounts
• Sell in PDQ's, displays/end cap placement in store
• Communicate sales leads and opportunities to Celsius territory manager
• Expand product distribution within store guidelines
• Ensure shelves, cold vaults, and coolers are stocked and merchandised properly
• Rotate backstock according to account guidelines
• Place point of sales materials as approved
• Participate in new store openings and resets
• Take pictures and include with weekly reports
• Conduct demos upon request
• Develop and maintain list of target/key accounts
• Communicate with sales managers as needed
• Make 15-20 account calls per day
• Track and complete account calls in sales app
• Submit weekly work logs including mileage
• Other documentation as assigned

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work flexible hours, 40 hrs/week (Wednesday - Sunday)
• Motivated, enthusiastic, positive attitude
• Self-starter and team player
• Excellent driving record and valid license
• Personal vehicle with allowance provided
• Commitment to customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced industry
• Resident within the county area

Additional Information

• This is a driving position requiring a valid U.S. Driver's License and passing an MVR screening.
• The role is field-based, requiring presence in the assigned market in Smyrna, TN.
