Merchandising Representative

The Merchandising Representative role at Celsius involves promoting and managing product displays, conducting demos, and expanding product distribution within assigned markets, primarily in retail settings such as grocery and convenience stores.

Location: Ladson, SC

Salary: $25/hour + Overtime (as needed)

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out merchandising initiatives
• Call on target accounts
• Sell in PDQ's, displays/end cap placement in store
• Communicate sales leads and opportunities to Celsius territory manager
• Expand product distribution within guidelines
• Ensure shelves, cold vaults, and coolers are stocked and merchandised properly
• Rotate backstock according to account guidelines
• Place point of sales materials as approved
• Participate in new store openings and resets
• Take pictures and include with weekly reports
• Conduct demos upon request
• Develop and maintain list of target/key accounts
• Communicate with sales managers
• Make 15-20 account calls per day
• Track and complete account calls in sales app
• Submit weekly work logs including mileage
• Other documentation as assigned

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work flexible hours, 40 hr. work week (Wednesday - Sunday)
• Motivated, enthusiastic, positive attitude
• Self-starter and team player
• Excellent driving record and valid license
• Personal vehicle with allowance provided
• Commitment to customer service
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced industry
• Candidate must live within their county area
