Mid Market Sales Manager

They are seeking a Mid-Market Sales Manager to lead their sales efforts, particularly in new logo acquisition, and to drive growth in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Mid-Market Solution Architects to exceed sales goals and revenue targets.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to achieve corporate agreements within target logo accounts.
  • Leverage sales management experience in SaaS within manufacturing and industrial verticals.
  • Develop sales materials, messaging, personas, and sales motions.
  • Recruit and lead a sales team, coaching and supporting sales calls.
  • Maintain and develop relationships within the manufacturing industry and with corporate decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Condition Monitoring, Business Development, and Marketing teams.
  • Lead and drive the company's vision and mission.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive activity, and client opportunities; attend trade shows, industry events, and conferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience selling SaaS applications in manufacturing or industrial companies.
  • 3+ years of experience leading sales teams selling SaaS in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Highly data-driven with experience using sales solutions to optimize team performance.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Extensive existing manufacturing industry network and relationships with decision-makers.
  • Experience developing GTM strategies, frameworks, and sales materials.
  • Strong hunting and multi-threading relationship management skills.
  • Experience with pilot sites and proof of concept phases for new products/services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership in corporate account sales and success.
