Partnership Strategy & Integration Manager

The Partnership Strategy & Integration Manager plays a critical, execution-focused role in managing external partnerships to drive impact on healthcare costs and growth for Included Health. The role involves sourcing, evaluating, contracting, and integrating partners, supporting long-term strategy, and ensuring seamless execution.
Location: Remote (US)
Salary: $145,750 – $196,044 per year
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured market scans to identify, segment, and prioritize potential partners.
- Build and maintain a partner landscape view and pipeline.
- Support early-stage business case development for new and expanded partnerships.
- Model scenarios, sensitivity analyses, and commercial structures with Finance, Strategy, and Product teams.
- Own process management for contracting and execution of partnerships.
- Coordinate workflows across Legal, InfoSec, Privacy, Finance, and business owners.
- Maintain documentation for active and prospective partnerships.
- Lead ecosystem integration workstreams for partners, ensuring technical and operational readiness.
- Define and document end-to-end process flows for integrations.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to align on integration scope, timelines, and requirements.
- Develop GTM materials with Marketing and Enablement.
- Serve as a central point for internal stakeholder coordination.
- Support senior leaders in relationship management with key partners.
- Define and track KPIs for partnerships with Analytics and Finance.
- Monitor performance, surface insights, and refine partnership processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6–8+ years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting, partnerships, business development, or strategy.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical skills, experience with ROI models and dashboards.
- Ability to build relationships and influence across stakeholder groups.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience creating executive materials.
- Deep passion for healthcare improvement and member experience.
