Pls Sales - Manager, Account

Salary: $115,000 – $135,000

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet targets.
• Provide reporting on leads, quotes, and pipeline.
• Identify and manage customer relationships in medical device and pharmaceutical packaging markets.
• Support global customers with multiple locations.
• Apply value selling to optimize pricing and solutions.
• Manage sales pipeline using Stage Gate process.
• Collaborate with inside sales/customer care and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and deliver customer and corporate presentations.
• Work with Program Management to commercialize new opportunities.
• Participate in contract negotiations.
• Leverage company strengths into value propositions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Science.
• 5-7 years of B2B sales/business development experience in the medical market for a manufacturing company.
• Understanding of medical/healthcare market applications and customer relationships.
• Knowledge of medical regulatory requirements (QSR, ISO 13485) and Quality systems.
• Strong planning, organization, and communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills for interaction at various organizational levels.
• Proficiency in computer technology for communication, planning, analysis, reporting, and management.
