Seeking a motivated and high-performing Principal Account Specialist to lead the sales cycle with senior stakeholders and drive sales strategy from prospecting to close.
Location: Remote (EU)
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales cycle with founders, CEOs, CTOs, CFOs, and VP / Director level functional leads.
- Drive the Sales strategy by owning all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to discovery to close.
Requirements
- Experience running complex sales cycles and influencing senior stakeholders across Finance/Treasury personas.
- Financial literacy on treasury and FX management, understanding of current solutions and the CFO stack (e.g. ERP).
- Ability to create a sales motion in ambiguity with a structured, pragmatic approach.
- Proven ability to partner with Product and PMM, balancing revenue goals with product maturity.
- Consultative approach with strong instincts for when to sell or not, protecting trust.
- Comfortable defining ICP/qualification criteria, measuring outcomes, and operating with Salesforce and forecasting discipline.
- Based in EMEA and able to leverage internal context and relationships.
