Responsibilities
- Provides executive oversight of franchise operations across assigned countries, ensuring rigorous operational evaluations and consistent adherence to company standards.
- Drives continuous operational excellence by identifying strategic improvement opportunities and executing high-impact initiatives that enhance franchise performance and profitability.
- Leads the design and execution of regional growth strategies that elevate brand positioning, accelerate disciplined restaurant expansion, and drive sustained sales and profitability.
- Provides strategic oversight of regional budget planning and fiscal management, leading annual franchisee financial reviews.
- Builds high performing teams through strategic coaching and talent development, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Serves as the primary liaison between the region and corporate headquarters, communicating significant opportunities, risks, and strategic priorities.
- Ensures the brand is consistently and accurately represented across all media, in compliance with laws.
- Provides strategic leadership across global cross-functional teams to design and execute scalable development and operational strategies.
- Partners with Development for franchisee selection, market growth, and operational excellence.
- Ensures delivery of market-relevant training programs.
- Partners with marketing teams to lead initiatives that strengthen brand visibility.
- Provides oversight of supply chain effectiveness and quality assurance.
- Oversees development of Franchise Business Plans for regional initiatives and market entries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ten or more years of executive leadership experience, including at least five years in a franchise-based business environment.
- Success within a large, complex organization, leading teams and influencing stakeholders across diverse backgrounds and geographies.
- Advanced strategic business acumen with the ability to optimize enterprise-wide functions.
- Exceptional communication skills, influencing stakeholders and conveying complex concepts.
- Expertise in analyzing financial statements to deliver strategic insights.
- Fluency in English, with effective communication at an executive level.
- Ability to travel extensively across the region and internationally.
