A detail-oriented, execution-focused role supporting a sales team by managing CRM updates, scheduling, coordinating follow-ups, preparing proposals, and keeping sales operations organized. This role is ideal for organized, proactive individuals who enjoy maintaining systems and operations.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update CRM records in Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive.
- Schedule calls, demos, follow-ups, and meetings across multiple time zones.
- Prepare, format, and proofread proposals, quotes, presentations, and sales documents.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports and dashboards.
- Draft professional follow-up emails and meeting summaries.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, operations, and sales teams to ensure smooth deal and task progression.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support, administrative support, operations, or coordination roles.
- Hands-on experience with at least one CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar).
- Strong scheduling and calendar management skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
