LevelUp is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a part-time role focused on fueling the sales pipeline. The role involves working directly with the founder to scale sales and marketing, including outbound outreach methods such as cold calls, emails, social selling, and WhatsApp messaging. The SDR will identify, engage, and qualify prospective clients, primarily closing low-ticket deals and transitioning larger leads to the founder.

Responsibilities
- Leverage the GoHighLevel platform to identify, prospect, and generate a high volume of qualified leads.
- Conduct proactive outbound outreach to potential clients via cold calling, email campaigns, and other creative channels.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our SaaS products to prospects and effectively overcome objections.
- Qualify leads and book appointments or conduct product demonstrations on behalf of the founder.
- Manage the full sales cycle for low-ticket deals, from initial contact through to finalizing the sale.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all sales activities and lead statuses within our CRM.
- Consistently meet and strive to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the founder to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience and to refine ongoing sales strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record in successfully closing deals.
- Demonstrable experience in high-ticket sales, even if your primary past roles involved low-ticket items.
- A proactive and self-starter mentality, comfortable working autonomously, setting priorities, and testing new outreach strategies in an environment with limited existing SOPs.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong resilience and a proven ability to handle objections and rejection gracefully.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and open to coaching.
- Comfortable with a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) setup.
