The company is seeking a Sr. Global Events Manager, Event Technology and Registration Operations to manage their global events infrastructure.
Location: Remote, not eligible in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA
Salary: $106k–$156k
Responsibilities
- Own the event technology strategy, standards, and governance model across Twilio Global Events, including platforms, registration operations, attendee data, mobile app experiences, surveys, and onsite technology.
- Own the strategy, configuration, QA, and launch process for event mobile app experiences, surveys, attendee engagement tools, lead retrieval, badging, onsite registration hardware, and onsite technology readiness.
- Manage event data flows from registration through Salesforce and Tableau, including field mapping, data QA, campaign tracking, reporting, issue resolution, and post-event closeout.
- Design registration strategies, including registration flows, form logic, attendee types, approval workflows, data standards, compliance, onsite check-in, QA, and launch readiness.
- Partner with various teams to ensure event technology supports audience goals, business priorities, privacy, and reporting.
- Build scalable self-service templates, intake processes, runbooks, QA checklists, launch timelines, reporting frameworks, and support paths.
- Manage vendor relationships, platform roadmaps, support models, service expectations, renewals, and budgets.
- Guide planning, requirements, testing, and launch of event websites and landing pages.
- Identify gaps in process, ownership, tooling, data quality, or execution, and create resolution paths.
- Use AI and automation tools to improve event operations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in event technology, registration operations, or marketing operations within a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment.
- Strong Salesforce and event data expertise, including campaign tracking, attendee data, field mapping, reporting, data QA, and downstream workflows.
- Hands-on experience with event technology platforms such as Swoogo, Cvent, RainFocus, BigMarker, Qualtrics, Bizzabo, Splash, ON24, Webex Events, or similar.
- Experience supporting large-scale events (2000+ attendees) and managing mobile event apps or onsite hardware.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for data cleanup, reconciliation, formulas, pivot tables, lookups, QA, and reporting.
- Ability to build scalable templates, operating playbooks, documentation, QA processes, launch frameworks, and post-event processes.
- Experience using AI or automation tools to improve productivity and scale processes.
- Strong project management skills for planning, milestone tracking, stakeholder reviews, vendor coordination, and post-event wrap-up.
- High standards for brand consistency, attendee experience, accessibility, data quality, privacy, and operational excellence.
- Ownership mindset, ability to identify gaps, clarify ambiguity, drive decisions, and coordinate across stakeholders.
- Ability to balance operational requirements with audience experience, brand quality, and business impact.
