Senior Manager, Paid Media (Remote UK)

Smartsheet is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Media to lead global digital channels, focusing on enterprise demand generation, ABM activation, and revenue outcomes. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive scalable pipeline growth.

Responsibilities
- Architect and define global paid media strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and ABM platforms.
- Drive enterprise and mid-market pipeline growth through strategic channel investments in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and emerging channels.
- Develop full-funnel media plans aligned to regional revenue targets and segment priorities.
- Govern the multi-million dollar media budget, focusing on maximizing ROI and translating spend into predictable pipeline and revenue contribution.
- Establish core KPIs, shifting focus from lead volume to pipeline, revenue, and customer acquisition impact.
- Lead ongoing testing strategy to improve conversion rates and cost efficiency across campaigns.
- Partner with Marketing Operations for accurate attribution and measurement.
- Utilize data to identify scaling opportunities and mitigate performance risks.
- Manage and mentor paid media team members.
- Establish operational rigor, best practices, and documentation.
- Serve as a strategic advisor for cross-functional partners, coordinate with Product Marketing and Campaign teams.
- Direct Creative teams on ad formats.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams for localization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B digital advertising experience, preferably in SaaS.
- 4+ years of people management experience.
- Deep expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads; experience with ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense, etc.).
- Strong understanding of B2B buying cycles and enterprise demand generation.
- Experience managing significant paid media budgets with proven pipeline impact.
- Analytical fluency in performance metrics, attribution models, and marketing analytics platforms.
- Experience running global campaigns with localization.
- Ability to translate data into compelling executive-level narratives.
- Legally eligible to work in the UK.
